At first glance dealing with sheep and goats can be intimidating. They are species that many of us do not deal with regularly. However, they are ruminants and there are only few major conditions which cause most of the problems. In this session we will review the most common conditions and how to treat/manage them.

Speaker Biography:

Dr. Chris Clark
Associate Professor of Large Animal Medicine WCVM
Chris graduated from the University of Cambridge a long time ago!
He did an internship in Large Animal Medicine at WCVM before returning to the UK and spending a year in rural mixed animal practice. He then returned to WCVM and has been there ever since!
He is currently an Associate Professor in Large Animal Medicine with a special interest in neonatal health, lameness, small ruminants and veterinary education.
